Deputy Mayor John Kehm Jr. has been a resident of Little Egg Harbor since 1971. A student of the Little Egg Harbor public school system, he graduated Pinelands Regional High School in 1989. He went on to Atlantic Cape Community College (formerly Atlantic County College, graduating with a silver medal from their culinary arts program in 1991. John is the proprietor of Power Plus Trucking, Inc. in Little Egg Harbor.
John is involved with many organizations and clubs. He is a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NAR), basing himself at Coldwell Banker Red Top Realty. He is also a member of the Little Egg Harbor Republican Organization, the Italian American Club and the Masonic Lodge #4F.& A.M. He is a member of the Economic Development Committee and a volunteer of the Little Egg Harbor Citizens on Patrol, the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), and an active volunteer at our local Little Egg Harbor Community Activities Center. John also served on the Little Egg Harbor Township Planning Board for one year and at present is on the Natural Land Trust Committee.
John and his wife Melissa live in the Mystic Island section of Little Egg Harbor and are the proud parents of their two daughters, Brielle, and Macy. John enjoys spending his free time having fun with his family and fishing with his friends.
