The Department of Public Works is located at 1363 Route 539 between Frog Pond Road and Parkertown Drive. There is small sign indicating the location but the site is not clearly visible from Route 539. Make a right turn or left turn, as appropriate, from Route 539 and proceed along the dirt road toward the office.

Please help us control the cost of trash collection. The Department of Public Works collects regular household trash but does not collect building materials and debris left behind by contractors or homeowners who are performing construction or alterations. Please contact a private hauler for those services. Thank you!!!
The Department of Public Works provides a variety of public services. Sanitation, recycling, storm drain maintenance, buildings and grounds, maintenance of parks, traffic sign maintenance, snow removal, potholes, and road opening permits all fall within the scope of services provided
by DPW.
