Bingo and Raffle Licenses
The Township Committee must approve your license application at a public meeting prior to issuance of the license. Your organization cannot begin any portion of the bingo or raffle prior to physical receipt of the license from the Municipal Clerk.
Submit to the Municipal Clerk's Office a completed license application together with a valid registration certificate issued by the New Jersey Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission.

Bingo and Raffles Statutes and Regulations
The issuance of bingo and raffle licenses is regulated by the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission. The laws and regulations are complex and detailed.
